- Thanks to Chuck Crimmel for the adopt-a-spot work and Tanya Henderson and William Sanders for leadership at the Pendleton Heritage Center
- Approval of the July 7, 2025 and November 3, 2025 minutes was tabled until the Secretary is able to provide them
2026 Election
- 14 votes for the slate, one abstention, one for slate with no vote for President, one vote for slate except for Laura Rogers for President. Slate was approved
