Welcome

  • Thanks to Chuck Crimmel for the adopt-a-spot work and Tanya Henderson and William Sanders for leadership at the Pendleton Heritage Center
  • Approval of the July 7, 2025 and November 3, 2025 minutes was tabled until the Secretary is able to provide them

2026 Election

  • 14 votes for the slate, one abstention, one for slate with no vote for President, one vote for slate except for Laura Rogers for President.  Slate was approved

Riverview East Report (CPS) - Spencer LSDMC - Karen Hordinski

  • 8th in the nation
  • Read-a-thon

Development/Affordable Housing Committee - Zach Davidson, Chair

President’s Report - Steve Johns

  • TIF Home Improvement Program - it was noted that Avondale has a similar repair program
