Police Report, Officer Wendy Martin
- One burglary
- Four personal thefts
- 52 new recruits (11 in District 2) over the past month, will likely see more traffic enforcement as new officers are being trained
School Report, Karen Hordinski, School Resource Coordinator
- Thank you to all who helped stock up the toys and clothes in December, those donations are critical for the school and much appreciated!
- Expecting 29 Riverview East students to graduate this spring
- Looking for donations for graduation cap and gown (approximately $45)
- Working on encouraging attendance, if you have suggestions to help motivate students who are chronically absent to continue to be on time and keep going to school
LeBlond Report, Taylor Singleton
- Youth employment (14-17 year old)
- LeBlond survey will be coming out soon
NSP Report, Regina Moss
- 2025 NSP budget was approved
- Each neighborhood will have $9,666 for 2026
- Want to approve the suggested categories where the funds will be used: suggest communications, beautification, community engagement
- Approved unanimously for the 2026 category allocations of communications, beautification, and community engagement
Garden Committee
- Received $900 for Urban Agriculture Grant, will be using it to buy lumber to add more beds
Treasurer Report, Kathy Schwab
- 2025 financial report was included in the January report
- Only have had one expense so far in 2026 for the Zoom account
Community Committee, Jane Sites
- Need support from communities impacted by Lunken to call for a community meeting to present plans
- Lunken is not listed as a historical building

Riverside Drive Traffic Committee
- Very close on the final report, next steps will be including and reviewing with property owners
Development/Affordable Housing Committee
- Zach, Doug and Steve met with a Habitat for Humanity representative about building new homes on City owned lots.
- Also working on design guidelines to help developers honor the historic nature of our community and provide appropriate community benefits
President Report
- TIF Home Improvement Program under review by the City
- Other TIF projects
- Councilmember Mark Jeffreys to attend March 2nd meeting
New Business:
- Concern about loss of bus stop at the Pendleton Heritage Center
