- Check was delivered and NSP money has been received
- Motion for East End to donate $500 for the 4th of July event at the Spencer School
- Show will begin when it is dark outside, estimated between 9-10pm

Garden Committee

Community Committee, Jane Sites
- No report
Riverside Drive Traffic Committee
- Police generated a report listing all the traffic violations within our corridor which will support DOT to review our proposal and conduct their investigation
- Expect DOT to get back to us within the next few weeks with feedback on our report
Affordable Housing Committee
- TIFF funding for new structures update:
- Currently reviewing 3 lots on Riverside that are city owned, goal is for them to provided at no cost from the city
- Met with Habit for Humanity to help with planning
President Report
- Addressed building that collapsed on Riverside Dr., community members suggest looking at the existing inclinometers to understand current state of hillsides
- Sewer lines construction on Riverside estimate to begin July - October/November
- Major traffic interruptions expected East and West of Collins and at Collins
- Communications will be distributed to residents in the coming weeks
