NSP Report, Regina Moss

  • Check was delivered and NSP money has been received
  • Motion for East End to donate $500 for the 4th of July event at the Spencer School
    • Show will begin when it is dark outside, estimated between 9-10pm
    • Motion approved

Garden Committee

  • Please reach out to Kathy Schwab with interest in garden beds next year

Treasurer Report, Kathy Schwab

  • Report will be shared quarterly
  • Received Urban Agriculture Grant
  • Received NSP funds

Community Committee, Jane Sites

  • No report

Riverside Drive Traffic Committee

  • Police generated a report listing all the traffic violations within our corridor which will support DOT to review our proposal and conduct their investigation
  • Expect DOT to get back to us within the next few weeks with feedback on our report

Affordable Housing Committee

  • TIFF funding for new structures update:
    • Currently reviewing 3 lots on Riverside that are city owned, goal is for them to provided at no cost from the city
    • Met with Habit for Humanity to help with planning

President Report

  • Addressed building that collapsed on Riverside Dr., community members suggest looking at the existing inclinometers to understand current state of hillsides
  • Sewer lines construction on Riverside estimate to begin July - October/November
  • Major traffic interruptions expected East and West of Collins and at Collins
  • Communications will be distributed to residents in the coming weeks
